The Foreigner is a modern variant of the Passenger and convinces with a comfortable and well-balanced body. In contrast to the classical variant, the electronics are screwed directly into the body, so no pickguard is required. The body is made out of ash or alder and is finished with selected tops. The bolt-on maple neck is complemented by a rosewood, ebony or maple fingerboard. On a scale of 648mm,the 22 frets offer the guitarist maximum playing comfort.
Two humbuckers are installed to amplify the sound. While the 3-way switch selects and combines the pickups, the two knobs adjust each volume and tone. Thanks to push-pull function the tone-control allows to split the humbuckers.
The Foreigner is also available as a left-handed electric guitar.
