Shipping & payment conditions

Shipping costs and delivery times for Germany:

Self pickup: We offer you the option of picking up the ordered goods from our headquarters (Nikolausstraße 22, 52457 Aldenhoven-Schleiden) during our opening hours, provided the ordered goods are in stock. We will inform you in advance by email as soon as the goods are ready to pick up.

Standard shipping: Within Germany, shipping is free from a purchase value of € 50,– (excludes some bulky freight shipments - more under bulky freight). Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed in the shopping cart. We ship our goods up to a maximum weight of 31.5 kg with DHL. Parcels that exceed the maximum weight of 31.5kg must be sent by a forwarding agency (more information under forwarding agency). The shipping time is also based on DHL and is currently 2-4 days. We ship from Monday - Saturday.

Bulky freight: For shipments that have to be sent as bulky freight, we charge a bulky freight surcharge of € 20,– within Germany. Bulky freight are marked.

Forwarding agency: All shipments above a maximum weight of 31.5kg are sent by forwarding agency. For shipments by forwarding agency, we will contact you in advance. The shipping time depends on the forwarder and is communicated in advance by e-mail or telephone. Please note that delivery is curbside free.
 
Terms of payment for Germany:

Cash payment: You can pick up the ordered goods from our headquarters during our opening hours and pay in cash or by card. Please select the shipping method self pickup.

Money order: The invoice amount will be transferred to us in advance. You will receive our bank details by order confirmation. As soon as we have received the money, the available goods will be shipped immediately.

PayPal: You can either complete your purchase directly via the PayPal button or select PayPal as payment method in the further ordering process. You will be automatically redirected to Paypal and asked to log in with your account. After you have successfully registered, you must confirm the invoice amount and your order will be completed. Payments with PayPal are also possible without a PayPal account. PayPal will then debit the amount from your account by direct debit.

Klarna direct debit: After completing your order, you will be forwarded to the payment service provider Sofort GmbH (A Klarna Group Company). Klarna will then collect the transfer amount from your account on behalf of the customer.

Online bank transfer (Klarna): After the order has been completed, you will be forwarded to the payment service provider Sofort GmbH (A Klarna Group Company) in order to carry out a transfer using the PIN/TAN procedure via online banking. Compared to the classic bank transfer, you have the advantage that the payment process with Klarna is directly linked to the order and all payment data from the online shop are automatically transferred - error-free. We receive a real-time transaction confirmation and can therefore process and ship your order faster.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

• Pay Now (Sofort direct banking): Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
• Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods. You will be notified about the date by email.

The payment methods are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
