Haeussel JB4 ‘Big Mag’ SbS Humbucker
Häussel JB 'Big Mag' series are an extended take on the legendary single coil pickup design. Equipped with bigger 9,5 mm pole pieces, leading to an an increased punch and a better reproduction across bass and treble frequency ranges. Moreover, this version features the original 'Side by Side' humbucker wiring. That results in a very fine reproduction of the high register, making all details and nuances very clear, yet not obtrusive. Featuring double Alnico V magnets and a very loose winding method. That guarantees a hum-free operation - so highly in demand within recording circumstances, yet maintaining all tonal qualities of the legendary pickup. Available in different finish variations.
